Effective date: 20 October 2026
This privacy notice explains how Junik (Pty) Ltd t/a 360 Motion Booth handles personal information when you visit our website, contact our team, use 360MB Rewards and our corporate or reporting portals, or take part in our event experiences. It also explains your choices and how to contact us.
1. Who is responsible for your information?
Junik (Pty) Ltd t/a 360 Motion Booth is responsible for information we process for our own business, customer accounts, bookings, rewards and communications. At an event, we may also handle guest information on an organiser’s instructions. In that case, the organiser’s privacy notice and our agreed service arrangements also apply. Please ask us if you are unsure who is responsible for a particular event or gallery.
Business address: Plot 12580, Ledumadumane, Mogoditshane, Botswana
Privacy contact: [email protected]
Telephone: +267 72 770 600
2. What information do we handle?
- Enquiries and bookings: your name, contact details, organisation, event brief, date, venue, selected services, correspondence, quotes, invoices, payment references and booking history.
- Accounts and rewards: sign-in identifiers, profile details and optional profile image, organisation membership and permissions, reward balances, redemption history, game participation and notification choices.
- Event content: photographs, video or audio recorded through the services used at your event, uploaded artwork or soundtracks, gallery links and any guest contact details deliberately provided for content delivery.
- Reports: supplied event exports, filenames, delivery methods, timestamps and other information needed to prepare the requested event report. A report’s media or share count does not necessarily represent unique guests, revenue or social-media reach.
- Technical information: IP addresses, browser or device information, essential cookies or local storage, security and access logs, and delivery identifiers needed to operate and protect the website, app and portals.
We do not ask you to email passwords, one-time verification codes or identity documents. If an online payment service is used, its payment notice also applies; please do not send full payment-card details to us by email or WhatsApp.
3. Why do we use this information?
We use information to answer enquiries, arrange and deliver events, authenticate accounts, manage authorised company access, calculate and administer rewards, deliver requested content, prepare reports, issue business documents, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Depending on the activity, we rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of an agreement, legal obligations, consent, or legitimate business interests balanced against your privacy rights. Where consent is needed, you can withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Some essential information is required to provide the service; we will explain if a request cannot proceed without it.
4. Event guests, galleries and children
Please review the notice displayed at the event and ask the operator before participating if you have questions about recording, sharing or galleries. An organiser may arrange access to event content under its own instructions. Share links and report access details should be treated as private: someone who receives or forwards a link may be able to open the content it protects.
Taking part in an event experience or providing an address to receive your content does not, by itself, enrol you in marketing. Permission to use identifiable images or recordings in our own promotional material must be addressed separately. At events involving children, the organiser and responsible adult should agree suitable permissions and safeguards with us. Contact us promptly about a child’s information or an unwanted image.
5. Email, WhatsApp and notifications
We may send service messages needed for account security, bookings, invitations, artwork decisions, payment arrangements, rewards or requested reports. Optional marketing is a separate choice. Where we offer marketing subscriptions, you can unsubscribe or ask us to stop; doing so does not automatically cancel a booking or stop essential account-security messages.
You can manage optional app notifications through the available preferences and your device settings. If you choose WhatsApp, social platforms or external gallery providers, those services also process information under their own privacy notices. Publicly posting or forwarding event content is a separate action from receiving it privately.
6. Cookies, local storage and website tools
Our website and portals use cookies or similar storage for functions such as sign-in, preferences, security and keeping a booking draft. Device caching helps screens and public assets load faster. Disabling essential storage can affect these functions. You can clear browser storage and manage cookie settings in your browser.
Pages may contain third-party media, social features, analytics or advertising tools. These providers may receive device and browsing information when their features load or you interact with them. Use the choices shown on the website where available and your browser or platform controls. This notice is not a statement that every third-party cookie is blocked before consent; contact us for the current website-tool inventory.
7. Who may receive information?
Access is limited to people and providers who need information for the relevant purpose. This can include authorised staff, your organisation’s authorised administrators, the event organiser where appropriate, and providers for hosting, account authentication, file storage, communications, event reporting and accounting. Examples used across our services include Google/Firebase for accounts and storage, OneSignal for push notifications, our hosted email infrastructure and QuickBooks for accounting where connected. Report-generation tools may receive event context and aggregated statistics; we aim to avoid including unnecessary guest contact details.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, investigate misuse or act on your instructions. Some providers or support services may process information outside Botswana. Where international-transfer requirements apply, appropriate arrangements must be used. You can ask us about the providers, processing locations and safeguards relevant to your service.
8. How long do we keep information?
We keep information for the purpose it was collected for, taking account of the booking agreement, customer support, security, disputes and applicable legal or accounting requirements. Event-content and gallery availability can depend on the agreed service and provider; ask us for the delivery or retention period for your booking rather than assuming a gallery remains available indefinitely.
Some financial and transaction records must remain after an account is closed. Where retention is required, we restrict use to the applicable purpose and minimise unnecessary personal details. A staff archive action preserves history and is not the same as erasing personal data. Backup copies may remain until their retention cycle ends; restored data must be checked against deletion and suppression records before normal use resumes.
9. Security
We use safeguards appropriate to the service, including access restrictions, authenticated account access and encrypted network connections. We review suspected misuse and security incidents. No website, email service or device can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep passwords and access links private, use a secure device and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not send sensitive credentials with a support request.
10. Your rights and account deletion
Subject to Botswana’s Data Protection Act, 2024 and applicable limitations, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to relevant processing and withdraw consent where it applies. You may also raise a concern with Botswana’s Information and Data Protection Commission.
Email [email protected] with a clear description of your request. We may take proportionate steps to verify your identity and authority without asking you to email a password. We aim to respond substantively within one month; if more time or lawful retention is needed, we will explain.
For 360MB Rewards account deletion, open My profile → Account and privacy → Request account deletion, or email us from the address linked to your account if you cannot sign in. See our account-deletion instructions. A request is reviewed before fulfilment; organisation ownership, active obligations and legally retained records may need separate handling. Do not treat submission of a request as confirmation that deletion has already happened.
11. Changes and questions
We may update this notice when our services or obligations change. The effective date above identifies this version. For questions about this notice, a particular event or a privacy concern, contact Junik (Pty) Ltd t/a 360 Motion Booth at Plot 12580, Ledumadumane, Mogoditshane, Botswana, or [email protected].
